4. Pricing & Product Information
All prices listed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes.
Nutrazene reserves the right to change prices, descriptions, and availability without prior notice.
We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to incorrect information or pricing.

5. Payment Terms
We offer:
Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders under Rs. 10,000
For orders above Rs. 10,000, contact us before placing an order.
Payment must be made in full before opening the parcel.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping on orders over Rs. 500.
Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location and weather/logistics conditions.
We are not responsible for delays due to courier services or events beyond our control.

7. Return & Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of every Nutrazene product.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 3 days of receiving your order — provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Return Options:
Option 1 – Direct Return:
Send the product to our warehouse at:

Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to Bank / EasyPaisa / JazzCash.
Option 2 – Courier Pickup:
We can arrange a pickup from your address. A Rs. 250 deduction will apply, and the remaining amount will be refunded after product inspection.
🚫 Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund.
📦 Please retain the original packaging in case of product defect or tampering.
