2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Time
Free Standard Shipping on orders over Rs. 500.
Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 working days across Pakistan.
You will be notified via SMS or email once your order is out for delivery.

3. Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
Products can be returned or exchanged within 03 days of purchase.

In case of suspected tampering, please retain the original packaging and product. Our team will guide you on how to send it back.

4. Purchased from Another Store?
If you bought Nutrazene products from another website, please follow their return process.
If purchased from a retail store, returns should be handled through that store’s return policy.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Secure & Convenient
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan for orders under Rs. 10,000.
