2. How Does Order Verification Work?
After placing your order, you will receive an SMS with a verification link.
Please click the link to confirm your order. If the link doesn’t work, contact us directly at 0335-111-9363 or info@nutrazene.com for manual verification.

3. Return, Exchange & Refund Options
You may return any unopened product within 03 days of purchase.
If opened and not satisfied, call us for guidance. Choose from the following return options:
Option 1: Send the product to:

Refund will be processed to your Bank/EasyPaisa/JazzCash.
Option 2: Let our courier pick it up.
We’ll deduct Rs. 250 for return handling, and refund the remaining balance.

If you suspect tampering, keep the product and packaging intact and contact us for instructions.

4. Purchased from Another Website or Store?
If bought from another website, follow their return policies.
For retail store purchases, returns must be handled through that store as per their policy.
